    IRW (Islamic Relief Worldwide) is an independent humanitarian and development organization with a presence in over 40 countries around the globe. IRW presently focuses on poverty declination, child protection and woman empowering and is headquartered in UK.

    BATAS Foundation is the local partner of Islamic Relief Worldwide since the beginning of the project ‘Earthquake Response 2015’.The project was initially for 3 months, which was further extended and is still ongoing for Winterization, with further extension.

    AAS(Aichi Asia Scholarship) is a Japanese Scholarship Program funded by JOVC (Japan Overseas Cooperation Volunteers), that works to provide education scholarships to willing and exceptional students of low-income families. In cooperation with BATAS foundation, AAS has been providing free education to 20 students every year, encouraging and empowering the future of Nepal.

    The Lutheran World Federation (LWF) Nepal, a country program of the LWF Department for World Service (DWS), has been working with marginalized and disadvantaged communities of Nepal since 1984 on Disaster Risk Reduction and Emergency Preparedness and Response; Sustainable Livelihoods, and Community-led Actions for Governance and Justice. Its core commitments are Human Rights; Impartiality; Inclusion and Participation; Accountability; Gender Justice and Climate Justice; and Environmental Sustainability.

    BATAS Foundation is working as an implementing partner for LWF for the project ‘Responsive and Adaptive Shelter for Earthquake Affected Communities’ in Rasuwa District.

  • BATAS Foundation and  Department of Women and Child Welfare has collaborated to work to promote education and protection of earthquake affected boys and girls in different villages of Nuwakot district Nepal.

    BATAS team has been working in close coordination with cluster forums; district disaster relief forums; meso and micro level government institutions.In all of our activities, we follow participatory approach where we work in close collaboration with local people. Some of collaborators include:
