- Project Goal: To find the situation of child rights in Janaknandani Rural Municipality and Bideha Municipality of Dhanusha District.
- Project Objectives:
- To carry out situation analysis of rights of children particularly girls and marginalized children analyzing the intensity, severity, trend and impact of rights violation and/or realization at multiple levels (family, community and ward level).
- To identify girls and boys; and groups that are most excluded; are affected from rights violation.
- Duration of Project: 27th May, 2021 – 15th July, 2021.
- Budget: NPR. 1,539,207.00.
- Project Location: Janaknandini Rural Municipality and Bideha Municipality, Dhanusa.
- Major Project Achievements:
- A detailed situation assessment report on the situation of children produced and submitted to Plan International.
- Status of wellbeing ranking of 100% families of two municipalities produced through participatory process which will be instrumental for targeting programs on the most deprived sections of the community.
