Since its inception in 2008, BATAS Foundation has been guided by a simple yet profound vision to build a secure, empowered, and prosperous society. What began as a small act of compassion has grown into a nationwide movement dedicated to improving lives through education, health, livelihood, and humanitarian support.

Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for individuals and communities by driving meaningful, sustainable development. Following the devastating 2015 earthquake, the Foundation stepped forward with renewed purpose saving lives, rebuilding hope, and strengthening community resilience through proactive preparedness and effective emergency response.

As someone who deeply values spirituality, compassion, and human well-being, I am truly inspired by the power of our Corporate Social Responsibility to create lasting change. Across Nepal, we continue to work tirelessly to uplift vulnerable families, empower youth, and foster dignity through opportunity.

Today, our presence spans six provinces, supported by strong partnerships with national and international donors, corporate allies, and development organizations. Together, we have implemented transformative programs in areas such as Disaster Risk Reduction, Health, Humanitarian and Emergency Response, WASH (Water, Sanitation and Hygiene), Education, Sustainable Livelihoods, Vocational Training, and Climate Change Adaptation (CCA).

This journey would not have been possible without the trust and cooperation of our partners, donors, and communities. To all who have walked beside us, I extend my heartfelt gratitude. Your belief in our mission fuels our determination to do more to reach farther and to serve better.
