- Project Goal: To empower marginalized children and girls, including those with disabilities.

- Update Education Plan of the four Palikas.
- Formulation of Ward Level Education Plan (12 wards of the 4 Palika).
- Orient Municipal Stakeholders.
- Budget: NPR.3,495,000.00.
- Beneficiaries: 33,831 target beneficiaries and 97 schools and 136 ECDs in four municipalities.
- Project Location: Ganeshman Charnath Municipality, Sabaila Municipality, Laxminiya Rural Municipality, and Nagrain Municipality .
- Major Project Achievements of Project:
- Conducted Assessment of the status of the Early Childhood Development(ECD) in the palikas.
- Coordinated with the stakeholders to analyze gaps in Education Planning and Governance.
- Consulted and coordinated to update and formulate Education Plans of Ward and Municipal Level.
- Oriented the updated and formulated Education Plans to the concerned stakeholders.
