  • Project Objectives: To implement responsive and adaptive shelter construction projects for earthquake-affected communities.

  • Major Project Achievements:
    • Established 30 farms and 21 Non-farm based micro enterprises focusing on women and vulnerable groups. Capacity building of 18 communities and 6 school based management committee on disaster preparedness and response. 
    • 3 Irrigation canal and 1 foot trail rehabilitated, 6 Inclusive and sustainable water rehabilitation of drinking water schemes.
    • 103 inclusive toilets constructed and 100 families supported with CGI sheets.
    • 100 families supported with improved cooking stove. 60 masons (10 females) produced during the project period.
    • Nrs. 1 million emergency funds established in Naukunda Rural Municipality for emergency response and relief.
